These terms govern your use of the Repluxa website and platform. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
1. Service provider
Repluxa is operated by ELECTRICODE S.R.L., Romanian tax ID 49893781, Trade Register no. J2024001286223, registered at Fundacul Sf. Teodor no. 1, 700117 Iași, Romania. Contact us at [email protected].
2. The Repluxa service
Repluxa enables companies to connect one or more email addresses, import messages, and prepare or send replies from a common interface. AI, social media, WhatsApp, and voice features may be introduced later and may have additional terms.
3. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. Anyone creating a company workspace represents that they are authorized to connect its mailboxes and permit processing of those messages.
4. Use of email integrations
You are responsible for granted permissions, lawful access to connected mailboxes, and messages sent. Repluxa must not be used for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, harassment, infringement, or unauthorized account access.
5. Customer content
You retain rights to data and messages uploaded or accessed through the service. You grant us only the limited right to process them to provide, secure, and maintain the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Automation and AI
When enabled, automatically generated replies may contain errors. Customers remain responsible for checking accuracy, tone, contractual commitments, and suitability before sending, unless they explicitly enable an automated workflow.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Plan features, limits, and prices will be shown before purchase. Applicable taxes, billing periods, renewals, and cancellation rules will be presented when a paid plan is ordered. Beta or free features may change or be withdrawn.
8. Availability and third-party services
We use reasonable efforts to operate the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Gmail, Microsoft 365, IMAP/SMTP servers, hosting providers, and internet networks are third-party services we do not control and may change their operation or permissions.
9. Intellectual property
The platform, Repluxa brand, design, code, and documentation belong to ELECTRICODE S.R.L. or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, decompile, or exploit the service except where mandatory law permits it or we agree in writing.
10. Suspension and termination
You may request account closure. We may suspend access for breaches, security risks, non-payment, or unlawful use. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. Obligations intended to survive termination remain applicable.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or issues caused solely by third-party services, incorrect configuration, or unauthorized account use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will first try to resolve disputes amicably; otherwise, jurisdiction is determined under Romanian law. We may update these terms and will inform users when changes are material.
